«potrebbe essere un luogo più accogliente»
la posizione sul mare e’ buona e gradevole, ma intorno e alle spalle dell’hotel c’è un grande sfacelo: edifici fatiscenti, case in costruzione, una strada trafficatissima. funziona bene la Wifi. c’è un parcheggio gratuito (che abbiamo scoperto da soli) a pochi metri dalla struttura.
c’è un certo lassismo nella gestione generale dell’hotel. la “piscina” all’ingresso (poco più di una profonda vasca) vuota e sporca, e perciò anche pericolosa. oggetti per la pulizia dimenticati in camera, sala colazione ingombra di oggetti. la camera poi è su due livelli (circostanza nota), ma la scala e’ veramente impervia. personale non disponibile

«Molto delusa»
Oggettivamente la struttura è molto bella, esteticamente bellissima, la terrazza sul mare si gode parecchio sia a colazione che a cena. Il letto comodissimo, e la pulizia impeccabile. Ottima colazione, le ragazze della colazione molto gentili.
Sinceramente, oltre a quanto citato sopra, tutto il resto è stato un' enorme delusione, parto dal principio: - ho prenotato una stanza le cui foto mostravano una vasca da bagno in stanza, la mia stanza però non aveva nessuna vasca, ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato risposto che le stanze sono tutte diverse, risposta che non ha un senso. - la scala in stanza è PERICOLOSISSIMA, io sono scivolata e caduta per vari scalini prima di fermarmi. - la piscina è imbarazzante, non è una piscina, è poco più di una vasca, direttamente di fianco alla strada. Inutilizzabile. - così come le stanze vista piscina, più che vista piscina sono vista strada, per altro molto trafficata. - la spiaggia è tremenda, ci sono 3 ombrelloni, TRE di numero, e se sono occupati, ciao, non c'è spazio per te! Spiaggia piena di sassi e, attenzione, PIENA DI CACCHE DI GATTO (ci sono due gattini amorevolissimi che gironzolano fuori dall' hotel, ma fanno la cacca di fianco agli ombrelloni e nessuno la pulisce) - il ristorante dell' hotel è aperto anche agli esterni, il che non è un problema, ma la sera, l'unico modo per rientrare in hotel dalla spiaggia, è passare in mezzo al ristorante ed alla gente che sta cenando. Quindi mi sono trovata in costume a sciacquarmi i piedi nella doccia esterna letteralmente di fianco ai commensali, e poi sono passata in mezzo a tutti con il mio bel materassino, con il responsabile di sala che mi guardava anche male. - al checkout non mi è stato chiesto se era tutto ok, non ho notato un grosso interesse da parte del personale, ma ad essere sincera potrebbe anche essere un bias dovuto alla cattiva esperienza generale. Insomma, la conclusione per questo posto è che probabilmente è un hotel che sperava di essere di un certo livello, ma non ci è tanto riuscito. Spero migliorino, perchè il posto ha effettivamente del potenziale.
